Service consists of the replacement of a flat tire with the covered vehicle’s spare tire. Towing assistance will be provided if needed to the nearest service facility (up to $100 per incident).
If a member is involved in a collision in their covered vehicle, towing assistance will be provided when needed to direct the vehicle back to the nearest qualified repair facility (up to $100 per incident).
When towing is necessary, the covered vehicle will be towed back to the nearest facility or to any location requested by the covered customer (up to $100 per incident).
If keys are accidentally locked in the passenger compartment, TMC will dispatch a locksmith
Battery assistance (jump start) will be provided to any covered vehicle in immediate need (up to $100 per incident).
We will reimburse you for emergency living expenses that you incur, up to one hundred dollars ($100) per day for three (3) days, for the cost of local lodging and meals while your covered vehicle(s) is being repaired at place of disablement.

You are entitled to discount cards for vehicle rentals, which are honored at thousands of locations throughout the US and abroad.

A: Your Roadside Assistance covers your tow up to $100 per disablement. The hook-up fee for the service to handle your vehicle is also covered. The service starts from the point that the tower picks you and your vehicle up at the place that you’ve broken down.
A: You do not need to register the other drivers in a Family Membership(s); each driver must have the family membership number when calling for assistance. However, each member can enter their own name with family membership number when downloading the TMC Select Application from Apple or Google Networks.
A: Your Roadside Assistance Roadside Assistance program is designed to cover the stated member or vehicle.
A: In the unlikely event that a qualified service provider is not able to assist you then you may contact a service provider on your own and pay for the service, but that service will be eligible for reimbursement consideration.
A: Your Roadside Assistance Program has a limit of 3 services per calendar year. You can always call our customer service number to find out the exact number of the limit of roadside services per 12 month period. If you use all 3 services, you may continue to call the toll free 800 number to have service dispatched at your expense.
A: Unlike most roadside assistance programs Roadside Assistance WILL assist you in the event of an accident or collision. In the event the police are managing the accident location we may not be able to assist and you may have to use a police ordered tower and you will need to submit those expenses to your insurance company as they are not reimbursable under your roadside plan.
A: It is important to realize that every step is taken to ensure accurate and relevant information concerning your membership is communicated to our representatives. In the event your active membership information is not located and you are offered service at your own expense that service is eligible for reimbursement consideration.
